Hi, Girl Scouts!

 We have a request from one of our Girl Scout Leaders, Julia Wolf.  If that name sounds familiar, she came back
from Iraq last May and her picture was in the Towers standing next to a camel -- now you remember!  Julia's daughter, Amanda, is stepping into her mother’s combat boots; she joined the military and is away at boot camp
O
n August 3rd Amanda will turn 18.  Julia would like her to receive 100 birthday cards and she asked if I could help.
Who better to ask to help out in this FUN project then Julia and Amanda’s sister Girl Scouts.  Have some fun;
buy a card or make a card but send a Happy 18th Birthday greeting to Amanda!

Call or email Bonnie Bartlett at the GSIHC Service Center for Amanda's address.

The following comes to us from one of our 2008 Women of Distinction, Brenda Walters.
Please click on the Dog Tags for Kids logo and check it out.
